Time for another update!
I finally got flat color/texture at least on everything. I have slowly been going in and working on adding grime to things and generally laying on the love. So far, the roof, chimney, and mailbox have gotten the least attention. I should be working on those thing this Saturday though. Hopefully I'll have this thing squared away by end of weekend.
